The large 200000 SQ.FT parcel of land is developed into a grand infrastructural facility for the Kumawat community for the congregational activities, festival, meetings, wedding functions etc. The building structure is adorned with Rajasthani chhatris, arches, jharokhas and jaali screens followed to the perfection till its motifs.
